In this thesis,a chemiluminescence system of luminol-nitrogen dioxide was built and optimized. A zero-air generator and the dynamic gas distribution system were designed.The optimum values of a number of variants important for the system were determined including luminol concentration,pH values,sodium sulphite concentration.Effects of air pressure,gas flow rate and wriggle pump flow rate on the chemiluminescence intensity were analyzed.A flow gas-liquid mini-reactor was designed and tested to show the performance of the reactor,and effects of reactor parameters on the chemiluminescence intensity were studied.Under the optimum experimental conditions,it was found that chemiluminescence intensity vary differently with nitrogen dioxide concentration,the equation of linear regression,correlation coefficient and the detection limit were found with the concentration of nitrogen dioxide in the range of 3×10-9~8.0×10-8v/v.Kinetic of the gas-liquid chemiluminescence reaction of luminol and nitrogen dioxide was studied by stopped-flow study in this thesis.Chemiluminescence intensity depends on the chemiluminescence quantum yield and the chemical reaction rate,if a chemiluminescence reaction occurs to a certainty,the chemiluminescence quantum yield is fixed value.According to the change of chemiluminescence intensity,we can speculate on the change of the chemical reaction rate in reaction system.This thesis combined the method of changing substances proportion with multiple determination method by changing reactant'initial velocity in differential coefficient.Some Kinetic parameters with the reaction order of nitrogen dioxide,luminol and hydroxyl,the activation energy, the kinetic equation,reaction rate constants were determined at different temperatures in the gas-liquid chemiluminescence reaction of luminol and nitrogen dioxide.The relationship of the reaction rate constant and pH value was studied in this thesis,and effects of sodium sulphite-sensitizing agent on the kinetic equation of luminol-nitrogen dioxide in the gas-liquid chemiluminescence reaction were discussed,the reaction order of nitrogen dioxide,luminol, hydroxyl and sodium sulphite were determined at certain temperatures.In this thesis,the gas-liquid chemiluminescence reaction mechanism of luminol and nitrogen dioxide system was hypothesized,and the kinetic equation was in good agreement with the experimental results.Numerical calculated method on simulated reaction kinetics was used and chemical reaction mode was established,reaction mechanism was simulated under the mode.Some influence factors with initial concentration of nitrogen dioxide,luminol and hydroxyl had been simulated on the simulation result,calculation results were compared with that of experiments,the adaptability of this simulation on the chemiluminescence of luminol- nitrogen dioxide system in gas-liquid interface was analyzed.And the relationship of nitrogen dioxide and the simulation result was studyed,the equation of linear regression and correlation coefficient were found in a certain range of nitrogen dioxide concentration,the changing trends of intermediate product in gas-liquid chemiluminescence of luminol-nitrogen dioxide system with time were simulated and discussed.
