| CPC which is mad of Mo70-Cu which is set up by Cu at its two sides and rolled is a kind of layered material. It has lower coefficient of expansion, higher heat conductivity and specific conductance. The Mo-Cu composites need to get good rolling-capability because making CPC has to use rolling-way. Besides Mo70-Cu has bad rolling-capability so that its raw edges are serious when it is used to make of CPC, so the rate of finished products is very low that the rolling-capability of Mo70-Cu is the key.This article mainly study the deformability of the Mo70-Cu using Erichsen test and rolling test, we also determine the parameter of processing technology of CPC. Using Metalloscope, SEM and TEM to analyse the mirostructure. The resulte shows that:(1) The density of the Mo70-Cu false-alloy is enhanced with the time of infiltration prolonging at 1400℃and the relative density can be 98%-99% so that the rolling-capability of it is ameliorated. The Mo70-Cu do not appears checked edges when it is cold rolled to be 40 deformation rate. So it can meet the desire of producing CPC.(2) Enhancing the temperature of the infiltration to be 1400℃, prolonging the holding time and increasing the temperature of the interstage annealing to be 1100℃after warm-rolling can improve the rolling-capability of Mo70-Cu, reduce the checked edges and increase the rate of finished products.(3) After deforming to be the core-material, it is has to increase the temperature of the interstage annealing to be 1100℃that the composite of the hot rolling can be done. Increasing the interstage annealing to be 1100℃can remove the microcrack and get the relaxation of residual stress. In addition to it make the structure of the Mo70-Cu more compact and uniformity that improve the plasticity of the material.(4) The collapsing of Mo70-Cu has four models: the cohesive-phase Cu tearing, the interface of the Mo-Cu separating, the interface of Mo-Mo separating and Mo cleavage fracture. the cohesive-phase Cu tearing and the interface of the Mo-Cu separating are the main mechanism which form cracking.(5) It need to dispose the surface of the Mo70-Cu when we get ready to composite CPC. Using steel brush and grit blast to dispose the surface can increase the roughness that is good for hot -rolling compositing.(6) We have seen the Mo change fibrous crystal grain to be board in the metalloscope. As the high temperature returning makes the density of dislocation to be low at the slip band result in the fibrous to be board for the black line which is because the energy is high at slip band and eroded to appear having disappearing. |
