The rhizom of Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC that belongs to Iridacea is a conventional Chinese medicine.It has been used in Chinese herbs for the treatment of antitussive,anti-inflammatory and expectorant.Most of these curde drugs have the action of clearing heat and detoxifying,eliminating the phlegm,treating swelling and pain in the throat.The main active components of Belamcanda are isoflavone and isoflavone glycoside,ketone Compounds,essential oil and so on.This paper mainly studied the extraction process of the main components,fingerprint identification the different origin Belamcanda chinensis by IR and XRD.In the study of extraction technology of Belamcanda,it was made the comparison with ultrasonic-assisted extraction,alcohol reflux extraction,soxhlet method,water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,desorption-decompressing inner extraction in detail,compare the yield of isoflavone from Belamcanda,determine alcohol reflux extraction is the optimum extraction method.According to the single factor experiments,response surface methodology(RSM) was utilized to explore the main factors(extract time,liquid-solid ratio,ethanol concentration) effecting extraction of flavones from Rhizoma Belamcanda.It was found that the procedure could achieve a good result when the sample was infiltrated with 11-fold 76.3%ethanol-water solution and mixed around at 80℃for 2.5 h according to the optimization of the regression equation.The extraction rate of flavones got to 9.841%Identify different origin Belamcanda(Hunan,Hebei,Guangdong,Hanan zhumadian) by IR and XRD.The results show that Origin for Henan Zhumadian's Belamcanda have good quality,this is also in line with the highest isoflavone content.In this paper,studied the extraction technology and fingerprint of isoflavone from Belamcanda.It had laid an important foundation to the industrial production and producing area of Belamcanda.
