Industrial Revolution was certainly epoch-making in Britain. Both its politics and economics had been expanded from that point on. However, since it had no peace and was relatively free, it became a new country of constitutional monarchy and mercantile system of economic. So, either the individual or all country would like to develop the economy and strive for the maximum wealth at that time. Industrial Revolution appeared on the stage of history quietly. The course of industrialization inevitably impelled urbanization. Urban population of Britain increased at very fast speed, following worse of urban environment and raging of"urban disease". People destroyed their municipal environment that including objective and subjective environment when they were complacent about their great wealth and industrial development. All of these were closed owing to the lag of conception of contemporary. However, there were different classes in Britain city, and their environment notion was so inequality that causing various effect. There were three main classes in those days, the governing class of nobility, middle class and poor people. Britain nobility paid an important role in the end of 18 century and the middle of 19 century. Their political standing, economic impact and cultural process were irreplaceable. They paid more attention on domination and monopolization. Laissez-faire of Adam Smith and utilitarianism of Jeremy Bentham swept over whole Britain and were almost accepted by everyone in UK. So, the environmental idea of that mercenary country went wrong and even disappeared. The middle class was shortsighted, and they just knew profit. Most of them believed in money worship, and were regardless of environment or proletariat. The laboring people lived at the foot of the social ladder. They were all in a position of the utmost difficulty. Neither their living conditions nor the running conditions were desperate. They had no alternative other but numbly rolling their life in the age of machines. All of the environmental ideology led to collapse of urban environment directly. Fortunately, some people recognized these terrible problems, and tried their best to improve the lost consciousness of environment. They dedicated their whole life to restoring and saving urban environment of Britain.
