9-Fluorenone is important intermediate of 2-hydroxyammonia acetyl fluoren-one,and used in pesticide and tincture industry.Mesoporous catalyst is inorganic porous material for port-hole regulations and pore size between 2nm and 50nm,it take the surface active agent as the template and form through organic matter and inorganic substance contact surface function assembly production.Repeatability and environment-protective of the mesoporous catalyst causes it to become gradually the research hot spot in the catalyzed oxidation domain.We researched catalytic oxidation reaction of fluorene to 9-fluorenone with new pattern mesoporous catalyst and environmental oxidation of H2O2 for the first time.During catalytic oxidation of flouene to 9-fluorenone,we mainly investigated reaction temperature,reaction time,concentration of oxidant,concentration of catalyst and type of solvents which effect on the reaction.At the same time,we carried out the fost hot catalyst filtration experiment of catalyst and recycled catalyst experiment.The results confirmed catalyst we have sude was a type of high-powered heterogeneous mesoporous catalyst.Paclitaxel is an approved drug for advanced ovarian cancer,breast cancer and postate cancer.At present it is one among most anticancer drug.Semisynthetic paclitaxel is very important source.We obtained important intermediate such as BaccatinⅢ,7-trichloroacetyl-baccatinⅢ,13-O-[(4S,5R) -2-(4-methoxyphenyl) -N-benzoyl-4-phenyl-oxazolidyl]-7-trichloroacetyl-baccatinⅢ,Taxol over investtigating and separating coarse matter of semisynthetic paclitaxel.Condition of HPLC:Angilent ODSC18 column was used.The mobile phase of methanol: acetonitrile(4:3) -0.1%acetic acid water 0.01~8.5 min(55:45),8.5~38.5 min (100:0),38.5~60 min(55:45) was pumped at a flow rate of 0.8 ml.min-1 and detection wavelength of 227 nm.Comparison equation and range:Y10-DAB=(1.7×106) X-1.2×104,r=0.9999,0.73~2.20μg;Ya =(1.8×105) X-1.9×105,r = 0.9999, 0.74~2.23μg;Yb =(1.6×106) X+5.4×10-4,r = 0.9999,1.26~6.43μg;Yc = (2.0×104) X-4.4×104,r= 0.9999,2.15~10.75μg;Ypaclitaxel=(2.8×104) X-1.4×104,r = 0.9998,0.34~5.03μg.The average re-covery:10-DAB:102.31%(RSD =1.86%),a:101.64%(RSD=1.16%),b:100.88%(RSD=0.90%),c: 101.73%(RSD=1.76%),Paclitaxel:101.72%(RSD=1.62%).
