Mesoporous structure of the SBA-15 nanomaterial as a new type of supported materials is widely used in organic ligands and supported metal catalyst.It does not only solve the expensive ligands and metal catalyst separation and reuse issues;but also we can use the limiting space of the channels in mesoporous metal catalysts to improve catalytic domain of catalysts in the micro-environment and improve catalytic activity and selectivity.We herein develop a facile preparation of mesoporous silica-supported ligand 3-9 by a post-grafting method based on SBA-15.We study the influences of the surface properties,the mesostructures and the catalytic performance of the catalyst. Microwave-assisted catalysis as a convenient method can accelerate transition-metal-catalyzed reactions from hours or days to minutes.The thesis is focused on the "design and synthesis of highly effective catalyst" and "The recovery of expensive catalyst" which are the main problems in catalytic field.We try to find an effective,environmental friendly and recycling catalyst.The main researches are as follows:First The synthesis of 6-substitude BINOL derivative.We use 1,1'-bi-2-naphthol(BINOL) as starting material,According to following steps: (1) 6,6'-bibromo-1,1'-naphthol(2) 6,6'-bibromo-2,2'obimethoxymethoxy-1,1'-naphthol(3) 6-bibromo-2,2'-bimethoxymethoxy-1,1'-naphthol (4) 6-ethanol-2,2'-bimethoxymethoxy-1,1'-naphthol.Then we get the ligand successfully.Second The synthesis of mesoporous silica-supported BINOL ligand.(1) The synthesis of mesoporous silica material(SBA-15).(2) Immobilization of modified BINOL on mesoporous silicas.(3) End-capping of silanol groups (trimethylsilylation).(4) Removal of the MOM-protected groups.Then we will gain the mesoporous silica-supported BINOL ligand.Third We herein apply SBA-15/BINOL-Ti(Ⅳ) Lewis acid catalyst to microwave-assisted allylation of aromatic aldehydes in solid media. "Solvent-free" catalytic processes can be regarded as green processes.All reactions could be completed in a short reaction time(15min),much faster than those using isopropanol and water as solvents in 12h at room temperature.For example,benzaldehyde with tetraallyltin and 10mol%of catalyst,the conversion is more than 99%and 99.4%of selectivity.Furthermore,such catalysts could be recovered and reused five times without serious loss of its activity and selectivity.At the same time,we have studied a variety of aromatic aldehydes,and also get high catalytic activity and selectivity.
