| The Hekou Oil Production Plant is rich in heavy oil reserves . The oil-bearing area is 7.34 km2 and the petroleum geological reserves is 1180.6×104t. There are two problems in the development process.The first, the water cut rising is fast using vertical well production.The second, after thick oil oil deposit horizontal well drive pipe perforation well completion tube against granulated substance production, the output is low, the oil layer potential displays with difficulty.In some bottom water drive viscous loose sandstone reservoir,it need to use sand controlling in-tube when commissioning, despite this,there exists some problem like liquid-producing capacity low in oil wells and poor economic benefit. The main cause of this is that well completion method is unsuitable.According to the problems during the development of bottom water drive viscous reservoir, this paper carried out the research on screen pipe completion technique with sand controlling for horizontal well in bottom water drive viscous reservoir , and from the research on heavy oil horizontal well completion technology, sand screen parameters of experimental , sand screen completion matching process to study for three-pronged approach, through the application of indoor simulation test method to determine the heavy oil reservoir with horizontal well completions; through the horizontal well production of heavy oil reservoir pressure distribution of research and indoor simulation experiment to determine the water hirai naked eye hole sand screen completion of a reasonable length (200-250m), increased development of heavy oil horizontal well technology, the application level; through the formation sand size distribution and different pore size sieve out the sand under the Study , analog precision microporous filter sand control the actual structure of the indoor experiment to determine the heavy oil reservoirs in sand sand screen (0.20mm), increased sand effects; through precision sand and heavy oil reservoirs production can affect the relationship between research, enhancement of technical parameters of sand awareness of the importance, in order to improve the level of sand in the design to improve the level of sand control technology applications play a significant role in promoting. The research and application on screen pipe completion technique with sand controlling for horizontal well in viscous reservoir , maximize the production potential of the new wells to save investment and simplify the wellbore string, to facilitate construction of underground work at a later stage, forming a loose sandstone oil reservoir with suitable matching the characteristics of an integrated model of drilling technology, oil field development process to achieve a qualitative leap. |
