Thus provide theoretic sustain for select material and resource utilization.2,By experimental analysis on the main factors affecting the efficiency of sludge dewatering including filter medium, filtrate diversion mode, pressure and pressing and filtering time. Equipment specification is outer diameter of filter cylinder diversion:5mm, taper:3°, hole spacing:20mm evenly distributed in the filter cylinder side, filter type:PP B, optimum conditions of depth of sludge dewatering:pressure 25MPa, packing 20min.3,By the PLC automatic control technology, the system can work more stable and reliable, reduce the consumption of human resource, cut the running time of working, and the most important is enhance the ability of sludge deposition, not only reduce the water content from 78.2% to 41.8% but also realize the reducing quantity of sludge 50% more. That provides convenient conditions for comprehensive utilization..4,The Economic Analysis of researched and developed an automated sludge squeeze machine show that the cost of investment could be 50～100 thousands RMB per ton of wet sludge, and the cost of operation could be under 40 RMB per ton of wet sludge. The operation cost in this way has more advantage compare to other ways, and the disposed sludge can mix with coal as energy to use, with no need for shipping out so that it can save the cost of traffic and the coal, solve the sludge problem in the meantime can give the papermaking company extra income, develop the circular economy.From the above, sludge reduction equipment in dewatering in this paper has the advantages of smart ideas, low investment, low energy consumption and good effect depth of dewatering. It achieves low-cost sludge reduction, provides the necessary conditions for the comprehensive utilization of sludge.
