This thesis is aimed to deal with some technical problems of YGdBO3:Tb powder with application on plasma display panel (PDP) industry in domestic market, such as hardly controlling of shape and grain size distribution, bad dispersivity, poor quality and low efficiency. The preparation technology of precipitation process in liquid phase is employed to select better reaction condition for better dispersivity, higher efficiency, more stable product quality, higher brightness and narrow grain size distribution of spherical YGdBO3:Tb powder. The obtained YGdBO4:Tb powders are characterized by ICP, X-ray diffraction, Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and Grain size, and the photo-excited luminescent properties are also investigated.This achievement tries to fill in the frank of domestic gap and improve the progress of the trade of luminescent materials on PDP powders. |
