The ligands IP,HDPAB(2-diphenylamine carbonyl benzoic) and HAB(2-aniline carbonyl benzoic acid) have been synthesized at first.Using acetylacetone,HDPAB,HAB as the first ligand respectively and IP as the second ligand, the new ternary organic complexes Tb(acac)3IP,Tb(DPAB)3IP and Tb(AB)3IP were prepared and their properties were also investigated by element analysis,IR,UV and fluorescence spectroscopy.Compared with other ternary organic complexes of Tb using 1,10-phenanthroline as the second ligand, the new ternary organic complexes of Tb have better luminescent intensity, meanwhile,it can be found that the luminescent intensity of the three new complexes vary largely. Moreover, the possible mechanism of fluorescence enhancement of complexes have also been researched. The results indicated that three complexes are high-performance and multi-function luminescent materials. In the synthetic process of IP,the relations of reaction conditions and yield of 1, 10-phenanthroline-5,6-diketone intermediate were reported, which conclusion is that the optimal yield rate of 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-diketone intermediate can be obtained at the conditions of 3.5mol Potassium bromide and 110℃.
