Chlor-alkali industry plays an important role in the national economy, it is one of the major production methods in salt chemical industry.Chlor-alkali products such as caustic soda, chlorine are widely used in papermaking, textile, printing and dying, metallurgy, petrochemical industry, pesticide, medicine and other industries.With the developing of chlor-alkali industry, more and more problems like environmental pollution and resource waste discharged from the chlor-alkali waste are increasingly serious.According to the guidance of circular economy industrial policies, the major components formation mechanism and purification and recovery techniques about the waste generated from the chlor-alkali industry are studied. On the basis of the literature, the comparative experiment about the deposition effect of chlor-alkali waste between the mixed generation and the step by step generation are researched, and the influence of the two ways in the waste washing and purification are also compared,the results show that the removal efficiency of impurity ions in two methods can meet the requirements of index in the chlor-alkali salt production, and they have identical results in the scrubbing purification effects of waste residue.To resolve the problems of purification and filter of magnesium hydroxide waste, the reseach on the magnesium hydroxide changing into other magnesium is carried out. The modes of conversion to magnesium chloride and magnesium sulfate have higher power and material consumption, while the mode of transformation to magnesium carbonate accords with enterprise actual situation and circulate economy policy.On the basis of the experiment,combining with Shandong Aluminium company chlor-alkali plant brine refining processes and waste generation process, the reconstruction design technology of barium sulfate, calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide by step production and purification recovery technology are researched, and the separation and recycling of barium sulphate, carbonate calcium and magnesium hydroxide are achieved.The chlor-alkali industrial salt refining process and the separation and recovery technology for the waste effective components have formed a complete process system, achieving the goal of circular economy.
