With the development of global economy and the society, human industrial and agricultural activities gradually increase the demand for water, making water supply and demand contradiction is increasing, which requires people to research and design of various kinds of process and equipment to improve the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of water resources. Our country is a country with an acute shortage of water, fresh water less than a quarter of the world's average per capita, and with the rapid development of economy in our country, on the one hand, is a growing demand for clean water, on the other hand is more and more serious water pollution. As chlor-alkali chemical industry enterprises as the water pollution of wastewater discharge standard is increasingly strict, industrial water prices continue to rise, chlor-alkali chemical waste water recycling economy has received more and more people's attention. How to reduce water consumption, how to use water classification, how to realize the internal water recycling is the chlor-alkali enterprises were faced with a need to solve the immediate problem, therefore, a new technology of wastewater reuse is developed, in order to achieve reduce wastewater emissions, reduce the production cost, improve the purpose of environmental protection and social benefit for chlor-alkali enterprises were wastewater deep treatment and rational utilization of resources has important practical significance.This paper mainly focuses on Zhongtai chemical co. LTD as the research object by consulting related data and field investigation of the enterprise, combining with each section of the water supply and drainage process. Assess the business potential of water saving and water saving reconstruction measures are put forward, according to the "multi-purpse, recycle" principle for water-saving of wastewater emission reduction plan, wastewater of high concentration technology through the resources recycling, Analyze the status of waste water treatment system, optimize and improve the steam condensate generated from evaporation process in caustic soda workshop and in polymerization workshop, centrifugal mother liquid generated from PVC productive process to brine purification after biochemical treatment, and the decreasing of waste second-rate sodium liquid in Circulating water. Then analyze and discuss systematically water quality and water saving benefits after the improvement, proved that the scientificity and rationality scheme of reducing waste water emission of the chlor-alkali industry. It provides a universal practice guiding significance for the further scientific research work and carried out sewage treatment of enterprises.In addition, this paper puts forward the ideas of some can further transformation, the dosage of the water sewage emissions at the same time, also can consider to improve water quality as the goal, to minimize pollution.
