phenoxy-(phenylamino) polycarboxylic ligands have both the flexible feature of fatty chain, and that the structure of aromatic ring (benzene ring, aza-ring) form the weak interactions between molecules byπ-π, hydrogen bonding and so on can also modify the polymer structure, so the coordination polymers of this type ligand have more complex and varied nature of the structure and unique characteristics. In this paper, we synthesized a series of phenoxy-(phenylamino) polycarboxylic compounds. Using the 2,2'-(4,6-dinitro-1,3-phenylene)dioxy)diacetic acid (L1),2,2'-bipy, and the transition metal Cu(II) synthesized the complex[Cu(L1)(2,2'-bipy) (DMSO)]-DMSO(1) in the solvent DMSO firstly; Ligand(L1), transition metal Cu(II) ion and zinc(II) ion in water and DMF synthesized two copper and a zinc coordination polymers(2-4). Formulas are as follow:{[Cu(L1)(H20)2]-4H20}n(2),[Cu(L1)(H20) (DMF)]n (3),{[Zn(L1)(H20)]-H20}n(4). Secondly Two different types Single crystals of L1(1-2) were obtained in the Complexes synthesizing course accidently. By IR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction the complexes(1-4) were characterized. In this paper alse using the p-two aniline-N,N,N',N'-four carboxymethyl (L2),4-N,N-two carboxymethyl phenoxyacetic acid(L3) and 3-N,N-two Carboxymethyl phenol(L4) as ligands and transition metal zinc(II)and mercury(II) to complex getted solid powder complexes (5-10). By infrared spectra we can judge the complex's formation initially. The single crystal x-ray diffraction results show that:Complex (1) is the zero-dimensional structure, the complex (2-4) are one-dimensional chain structure. The change of Ligand and solvent will affect the structure of the complex. The results of fluorescent properties of synthesized complexs show that:The fluorescence intensity of copper complexes of ligand L1, two of which enhanced, another type weakened. For complexes(5-10), the fluorescence intensity of complexes of ligand L2 increase, while complexes of ligand L3 and L4 are weakened or even quenching.
