On Power Plant Desulfurization Improvement Project Selection Method Based On Topsis

In our country, coal consumption occupies a position having the absolute leading in our country energy source structure, the coal consumption has also brought about gigantic air contaminating. How to choose desulfurization technology becomes a very important work for the power plant.The main body of this thesis includes, through reading and surveying domestic and overseas application conditions about this problem, set up an evaluation index system; this new index system can reflect all-round situation of project and ensure fine environment effect and economic effect. The paper gets the indices weights by using the fuzzy comparison method, which has ascertained the system appraising to be more regional. By applying systematic field of TOPSIS to the alternative valuation of power plant desulfurization improvement technology election to an example, the paper illustrates the method is feasible and valid.
