SO2 is one of the major air pollutants which people facing today. It results in formation of acid rain and enormous environment harm. Along with the national economy development and people's living standards improvement, China's controlment is emphasis on coal-fired power plant SO2 emissions. For the coal-fired electricity generating units at home and abroad ,it is mainly in wet desulfurization technology.Wanglong thermal power plant flue gas desulfurization system uses a wet limestone/ gypsum FGD too.In order to better controlling SO2 emissions and to put the desulfurization system into operation a high desulfurization rate, Wanglong thermal power plant 420T/H boiler flue gas desulfurization system design,and equipment selection, and operation,economic analysis and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis and evaluation,are researched ,to get a good environmental benefits and social benefits and economic benefits, in this paper. In three areas of the operation, maintenance management and engineering economy, desulfurization effective measures in the Wanglong thermal power plant 100MW grade wet flue gas desulfurization unit is measureed and it is a reference for optimization and equipment running.Wang long thermal power plant wet desulfurization is upgraded based on dry desulfurization ,and various adverse impact of dry desulfurization in boiler operation in wang long thermal power plan are introduced, inCluding coking, ash deposition, etc. For other using dry wet desulfurization change of desulphurization operation of power plant provides reference basis.Combining operation with the wet desulfurization and the dry desulfurization, boiler can be ensure to controll emission standard even the wet desulfurization unit fault. It is showed, the desulphurization system transformation engineering have achieved better effect.
