Haccp system is a kind of preventive quality control system that applications in the food industry and continues to grow more and more. This paper introduces the importance of CCPs in HACCP system, and summarizes the relationship between HACCP system and food security. This paper combines the YILI Company's actual production, which analyzes the quality of UHT milk product defects and production reasons and establish the production of UHT milk products quality control system, identify the key points affecting the quality and propose ways to solve problems. The effective operation of the HACCP system were discussed, and designed critical control points computer information management procedures to make a foundation for comprehensive computer automation.
