Government performance is one of the hotspots of the reform and the development about public administration.Local government are very important in the administration system,what to undertake is the direct and concrete working talent.The performance of local governments relates to the development and stability of an area even the whole country.But for a long time,Our local governments regard GDP as the Government's core indicators of performance evaluation.Our governments only concerned with economic development,do not hesitate to destroy the natural ecological environment at the expense.This causes a serious waste of resources, and the function of the government failure to protect the ecological environment.To the scientific concept of development as a guide,we know that the disadvantages of the traditional GDP for the core indicators of government performance evaluation system,and we also know the importance of the green GDP into our local government performance evaluation system.
