Climate warming is the largest global environmental problem in the world, the Copenhagen meeting, greenhouse gas emission reduction is concerned by international community. N2O is an important greenhouse gas, its global warming potential is higher than CO2 and CH4, and it is the longest life in the known greenhouse gases, and stratospheric ozone serious damage, so it is the impact of the global environment and potential long-term. Therefore, studies on N2O are concerned. As a unique ecosystem, wetland is an important source of N2O or sinks, as global temperatures continue to rise, wetland's N2O emissions to control global warming has a very important role. Domestic research in this area focused on the rice fields and other wetlands of N2O emissions research, the study of natural wetlands is less and concentrated in the Sanjiang Plain wetland, Baiyangdian wetland and Ruoergai plateau wetland, while the wetlands of Jiaozhou Bay less, there is no systematic observation of only a few scattered observations. In this study, in September 2009 to February 2010 period, using the static box-gas chromatography and fixing in situ observation field sampling, we are studying N2O emissions of Daguhe estuarine two different types of wetlands in in autumn and winter. Research daily changes, month changes and seasonal changes of N2O emissions in the soil ecosystem; analyse the impact of temperature,5cm soil temperature, soil moisture, soil pH, soil nutrients ammonium and nitrate nitrogen on soil N2O emissions; compare N2O emission flux about two types of wetlands; and wetland ecosystems in the region N2O emissions from a preliminary estimate, add the missing data Jiaozhou Bay of greenhouse gases, as Improvement of natural estuarine coastal wetlands inventory of greenhouse gas emissions mentioned scientific basis. The major findings are as follows:1, Daguhe wetlands in Jiaozhou Bay in autumn and winter diurnal variation of N2O emissions showed local laws and the randomness of the whole. Day maximums occurred at 12 o'clock and 21 o'clock at night, the minimum value are usually around 3 in the morning, but the monthly variation.2, Jiaozhou Bay estuary wetland N2O flux maximum in October, the minimum emissions also appear in October. N2O emissions of each month through high to low is October, December, September, February, January and November.3, Jiaozhou Bay wetland N2O emissions showed significant seasonal changes in emissions from soil in autumn is higher than winter emissions(remove two numbers of large deviation), but in the autumn and winter at the junction of 11-month sampling and analysis of data very unstable.4, Temperature, water content, ammonium nitrate nitrogen and N2O emissions are no qualitative relationship, N2O emission flux and soil pH's negative correlation is R=-0.9543 P=0.0456<0.1.5, Generally speaking, wetlands N2O emission flux is higher than the amount of dry land, but also volatile.
