This thesis includes a review and a research.The first part is the review section. In this section, the definition, characteristics of the Electrochemiluminescence (ECL); the reaction mechanism of metal complexes ECL systems which use Ru(bpy)32+ as the representative was highlights and introduced; moreover, developments of Ru(bpy)32+ immobilization materials, such as nafion, titanium dioxide (TiO2), silicon dioxide (SiO2), mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 were detailedly discussed. The second part is the research section. In this section, SDBS/SWNTs-Ru(bpy)32+-SDBS/SWNTs composite films and Nafion/SBA-15-Ru(bpy)32+-Nafion/SBA-15 composites films-modified electrode were prepared, and their analysis properties and applications were also discussed.The concrete research of this thesis contains two independent parts as follows:1.ECL performances and its analytical application of SDBS/SWNTs-Ru(bpy)32+-SDBS/SWNTs composite films-modified electrode.The functionalized SWNTs were negatively charged wrapped by SDBS following a homogenization ultrasonication, the overall force of the electrostatic repulsion is would be deficient to countervail the attraction between SWNTs tubes, so that the water solubility and dispersion of SWNTs are significantly improved. SDBS/SWNTs-Ru(bpy)32+-SDBS/SWNTs composites films was well prepared on the surface of the graphite electrode by the self-assembled technique, and it showed better ECL response to TPA.Accordingly, a new determination of TPA with ECL method was established. The result showed that under the optimum conditions, the ECL intensity of electrochemical-oxidation TPA was linear with the its concentration in the range of 1.0×10-8-1.0×10-6 mol L-1,and 2.0×10-10 mol L-1 detection limit for TPA were obtained. The ECL response of 1.0×10-6 mol L-1 TPA was not obviously decreased for 11 cycles, and the relative standard deviation was 2.4%.2. ECL performances and its analytical application of Nafion/SBA-15-Ru(bpy)32+-Nafion/SBA-15 composite films-modified electrode.The small quantity of nano-mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 could be effectively dispersed by Nafion following a homogenization ultrasonication, and it is easy to drip it coated on the electrode surface. Based on porous channel structures of mesoporous SBA-15 and cation exchange effects of Nafion, so that Ru(bpy)32+ would be effectively, vastly fixed in the composite film; and this electrode showed better ECL response to oxalate. Accordingly, a new determination of oxalate with ECL method was established. The result showed that under the optimum conditions, the ECL intensity of electrochemical-oxidation oxalate was linear with the its concentration in the range of 2.0×10-8-1.0×10-5 mol L-1,and 6.7×10-9 mol L-1 detection limit for oxalate were obtained. The ECL response of 1.0×10-5 mol L-1 C2O42- was not obviously decreased for 30 cycles, and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%.
