The most commonly used is water-based fracturing fluid and One of the new visco-elastic surfactant fracturing fluid is into the center of attention.Visco-elastic surfactant fracturing fluid is a kind of good viscoelastic, solid free residue and no cake, without cross-linking agent and the gel breaker, water or oil automatically broken plastic, and simple preparation and construction features.As a new fracturing fluid system without injury, fracturing technology can meet the needs of field application and yield significant.In this paper, by studying the visco-elastic clean fracturing fluid Theory and combining practicality,designed two molecular structure:N-alkyl-N, N-bis (2-hydroxyethyl)-18 alkyl bromide and quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant. (Structural abbreviated Cm-s-Cm).And by synthesizing two types of molecules and analyzing the course of its response, get their specific reaction conditions. The synthesized surfactant properties were studied, selected two viscoelastic surfactant fracturing fluid as the primary agent, by changing the dosage of different additives and different well temperatures obtained for the clean fracturing fluid formulations.The basis of the formula performance evaluation show that:the formula has better fracturing fluid rheology and shear resistance capacity, viscosity retention rate is 70% or more at 170s-1 shear rate.Each formula in the water or in kerosene after broken, the viscosity is less than 5mpa.s, illustrated the formula has better performance. After broken, various formulations have no residue, no damage to earth. in comparison suspended sand performance with CMC and HPAM, fracturing fluid formulations have good sand carrying performance.
