As the international attention to the climate change problem and the threaten from fossil energy reducing,people pay more attention to the biodiesel because its low carbon,environmental and renewable.In this work,the cheap lipase ,such as LVK-100 free lipase and KT immobilized lipase was employed to esterification of Prickly ash seed cust oil.It provided a solution to the problem of high cost of biodiesel raw material ,also effectly taken use of the Prickly ash seed cust oil.In the experiment ,LVK-100 free lipase and KT immobilized lipase was employed to esterification of Prickly ash seed cust oil under the flake system.we selected the most apropriate non-aqueous medium from hexane, heptane, dichloromethane, petroleum ether (30-60℃), 6 # solvent oil, The process condition of enzyme catalytic system,such as lipase addition,water addition ,temperature , methanol added strategy and methanol amount ,the kind of ogranic solvent and amount were optimized.The convertion rate of pre-refined and after refined oil was also be compared under the optimum reaction condition.In addition , KT immobilized lipase was employed to esterification of Prickly ash seed cust oil under the fixed bed system. on the basis of flake system ,the lipase aount , ogranic solvent amount and flew velocity were optimized .The result show that the best condition for KT immobilized lipase under flake catalytic system is that lipase was 25%(w/w) , n-heaxane concertration was 15%(w/w),water content was 10% (w/w), temperature was 45℃,methanol:oil was 3:1,three-step adding methanol,the reaction time was 24h.Under these conditions, the conversion rate was as high as 82.5% with pre refined oil and the conversation rate reach 93.5% after refine the oil.After 8 reaction batch ,the conversion rate was not decreasing obviously.The optimum condition for LVK-H100 free lipase under flake catalytic system is that lipase was 15%(w/w) , water content was 10% (w/w), temperature was 40℃,methanol:oil was 3:1,three-step adding methanol,the reaction time was 48h.under these conditions, the conversion rate was as high as 85.6% with pre refined oil and the conversation rate reach 96.2% after refine the oil.The best condition for KT immobilized lipase under fixed bed catalytic system is that lipase was 20%(w/w) , n-heaxane concertration was 15%(w/w),water content was 10% (w/w), temperature was 45℃,flew velocity was 0.6ml/min,methanol:oil was 3:1,three-step adding methanol,the reaction time was 24h.under these conditions, the conversion rate was as high as 88.5% with pre refined oil and the conversation rate reach 96.6% after refine the oil.
