Low permeability reservoir occupies an important position in China's petroleum industry, as an important oil industry resource over a period of time in future, which helps to increase reserves and production.Pressure gradient, high injection pressure, low natural oil prodution capacity and low efficiency of water flooding are posed in injecting water, because of tight reservoir rock, small porosity, thin throat, reservoir heterogeneity and high clay content. Surfactant flooding can reduce injection pressure increase quantity, and can improve the efficiency of flooding, can effectively solve the problems existing in the water. But the surfactant flooding.cost more, in order to make the surfactant flooding economic benefits, you need to maximize the quantitative analysis of surfactant flooding to improve oil recovery and the dosage required surfactants, reservoir numerical simulation can solve this problem, this paper studies also.Based on low permeability reservoir as the research object, in order to improve the low permeability reservoir recovery as the goal, from the development characteristics and seepage characteristics of low permeability reservoirs, Analysis of low permeability reservoir waterflooding problem, note the advantages of surfactant development, the development superiority surfactants can greatly improve injection of low permeability reservoir development effect. Through the Surfactant phase and improve recovery mechanism,Establish a three-dimensional three-phase consideration molecular diffusion of low permeability reservoirs surfactant flooding mathematical model.Compared the surfactant flooding of the comparison the black oil model(Eclipse) and the above model(UTCHEM),advantages and disadvantages are analysed and the consideration of molecular diffusion of low permeability reservoirs surfactant drive component model is better. Finally, analysis of surfactant flooding to enhance oil recovery in low permeability reservoir is carried out by surfactant flooding mathematical model of low permeability reservoir established in this paper. The main research results obtained:(1) According to reservoir characteristics and development characteristics of the low permeability reservoir, analyses various improvement of low permeability reservoir development effect improve recovery method that note surfactants, oil displacement is one kind of extremely good improve low permeability reservoir development effect improve recoverymethod.(2)Established to consider three-dimensional three-phase molecular diffusion in low permeability reservoir seepage surfactant flooding mathematical model.Comparative analysis of molecular diffusion and considered without regard to molecular diffusion, the concentration of surfactant changes, come to consider the diffusion of surfactant concentration when the distribution is more accurate.(3)With UTCHEM and Eclipse software do surfactant flooding, through the comparing UTCHEM software model can describe surfactant flooding, can more accurately, quantitative description of the surfactant drive to improve oil recovery.(4)According to the phase behavior of surfactant theory and Phase change element, analysis to obtain the best oil in the process of phase change,by UTCHEM simulation software to verify that the best phase change.(5)In UTCHEM software, the surfactant flooding improve recovery plan design, choosing the optimum combination of the optimal concentration of alcohol, best salt content and optimal surfactant concentration and slug combination, and quantitatively analyzed salt content, alcohol concentration and surfactant concentration and slug combination to improve recovery, and make a simple economic evaluation.
