Suspension as an important component of the vehicle, which determines handling stability and ride comfort of vehicle, with the rapid development of highway and people's living standards, the market more and more demand for high-performance air suspension, this paper aims at the realistic situation and combine the disquisitive item that the changchun chuanggao business and commerce responsibility limited company have been developing aim at a car suspension system supporting research projects, The paper research and development based on fuzzy neural network automotive air suspension system.First, the paper briefly describes the basic functions of air suspension and associated features, focusing on characteristics of air springs and air suspension on the vehicle performance impact, and charge through the air springs, gas discharge characteristics were tested to establish the relationship in air spring stiffness and solenoid valve switching time.Then, the paper briefly introduces the basic theory of neural network and fuzzy neural network, it's necessary to use the basic principle of fuzzy set theory and neural networks for automotive air suspension, After the analysis of the air suspension spring characteristics. the fuzzy neural network algorithm is used in air suspension control system and established a fuzzy neural network model, aim at 1/4 suspension system and the different road and different driving states as a random excitation, using Matlab/Simulink to establish a fuzzy neural controller, and conducted a simulation analysis. The results show that using fuzzy neural control algorithm for vehicles of various performance indicators have improved significantly.Finally, the paper design the electronically controlled air spring suspension system overall and design the air spring suspension simulation experiment that based on fuzzy neural control, achieving better control effect, thus the rationality and feasibility were verified of fuzzy neural control algorithm.
