This paper puts forward a calculation method of air spring stiffness, vibration frequency and air spring structure design by air spring structure characteristics research. These provide basis for air spring design and calculation. By simplifying air spring mechanics model, We analyze the damping characteristics for air spring suspension system of single degree of freedom, then educe optimal damp of air spring suspension with throttle hole under various situation and optimal diameter of throttle hole. The capability opinion guideline of air spring suspension system is analyzed. By researching guide structure of bus air spring suspension, we analyze the handle stability of suspension guide structure qualitatively and quantitatively. Furthermore, the theory of design for air spring suspension is consummated. By founding tire model and passenger dynamics model, we simulate the whole vehicle handle stability based on computer simulation model. Based on founded five degree of freedom and seven degree of freedom vibration model, we analyze vibration theory of bus air spring suspension. We simulate rough comfort of vibration model of seven degree of freedom and validate rough comfort simulation of certain bus. Finally based on mechanics model of air spring suspension, we design fuzzy control implement and fuzzy control rule and carry through fuzzy control simulation of air spring suspension of certain vehicle.
