At least there are the following two requirements to achieve thermonuclear fusion: The first is the high temperature of 108 degrees; the second is that neτE must be above 1014cm-3·s.However, it is very difficult for probes to work in the very high temperature plasma core. Charge exchange recombination spectrum (CXRS) can be used to measure the central plasma temperature and thus it is very essential to obtain and analyze the complex spectra. Based on the MATLAB programming, the main content is to process and analyze data from charge exchange recombination process.First it is a brief introduction about the nuclear fusion, followed by summarizing the experimental tokamak devices, especially the TEXTOR device and HL-2A device. And then, the high temperature plasma diagnostics and the charge exchange recombination spectrum are described in detail, followed by a brief description about the CXRS hardware diagnostic systems on the HL-2A device and the TEXTOR device. Finally it is the processing and analysis of the experimental results. It obtains the distributions of the ion temperature and ion rotation velocity profile at different frames of the same track by fitting CXRS experimental data on TEXTOR device in German, and gives the error comparison of the plasma ion temperature and rotation speed calculated by researchers in TEXTOR, and then gets the distribution of the ion temperature profile at different frames of the same track by fitting the useful CXRS experimental data on HL-2A device in the Southwest Institute of Nuclear Physics of China. It is incapable of obtaining the distribution of ion rotation velocity due to the equipments now. It can be concluded that the core ion temperature of HL-2A device is about 800eV, and the core ion temperature of TEXTOR device is about 1350eV.
