Design And Research Optical System On HL-2A Tokamak

Nowadays, in the controlled nucleus fusion research, neutral beam is a veryimportant subject both in plasma heating and plasma diagnosis. On the HL-2ATOKAMAK device in Southwest Physics Institute, neutral beam is used to heat theplasma. In the processing of injecting, the particle and the ion exchange their charges,and release some visible light signals, which include the information of the plasma. Inorder to collect the signals, this thesis is proposed. This thesis has two main targets:The one is to design the focus optical system, after making sure the space geometryrelationship and using the software ZEMAX to simulate. Because the position of thewindow on HL-2A TOKAMAK device is fixed, so the space which the system canutilize is limited. At the back of the system, it must satisfy the request of300μm radiusand the018~0.22numerical aperture of the fiber. And also the system should considerthe limited space outside the TOKAMAK device. In the designing process, theprocedure of the optical design, geometry optics knowledge must be understood as wellas the cause of aberration must be clear, further more can use it to instruct optimization.The other one is that designing the structure of the focus system, according to thespace outer the HL-2A device and also must content the request of smaller size, lightweight and easy to fix and disassemble, after finishing designing the optical system.This thesis has designed a system which contents the demands proposed by usingSoftware AutoCAD. And also the material has been chosen according to thecircumstance and oxidation processing has been given. The manufacturing drawing oflens has been designed in ZEMAX.
