To meet the needs of Puning's county dispatching automation system, substation automation technology and the unattended substation development, realize the scheduling Puning County operation and management of network equipment, possess the power grid equipment, operating conditions of the real-time monitoring rapid troubleshooting, and ultimately unattended (or less people on duty), enhance rapid restoration capabilities and meet the requirements of safe operation of the system, Puning develops a county dispatching automation (THDS100) system. THDS100 master system is to meet the Puning county dispatching automation and control station as the main application object, achieve the "four remote" function of the dispatching automation system (remote, telemetry, remote control, remote transfer), and monitor the entire system in real-time. The design standard of the system consistents with ministerial "regional dispatching automation design point of order" and "regional dispatching automation functional specification" requirement. As an engineer and technician of Puning Electricity Board, I have the honor of involving in the development of the system: with the actual operation of Puning county power system analysis, I completed the system framework design and the function of each module, analyzed and designed the system and was responsible for part of the programming in the system implementation process, that is, fault monitoring and handling, the main interface procedures, equipment management and related statements of specific preparation. I was also responsible for equipment installation phase in the system with the installation and commissioning.This article describes the developed process of the system: that is, use the object-oriented system development method, first analyse the dispatching operation and management requirements, meanwhile introduce the county dispatching automation systems, and then present the design of the whole system. Finally, according to the proposed scheme, we constructe Client / Server SCADA system model entities which is based on next-generation network operating system, Windows NT. The design follows the open systems standards, uses distributed architecture, applicates large-scale commercial relational database technology and conforms to the modern power grid dispatching automation system development.
