Village Resort District Landscape Planning

Driven by both high speed development of the rural tourism and the preferential policies which countries to the new rural construction, the exploitation and construction of the rural tourist area is in full swing at present. In this process, rural economy has been developed, farmers acquired profits from tourism and the rural infrastructure and environment sanitation has been remarkably improved. However, the rural's tourist resort has been just developed for a short time and it is a new thing, so, it is inadequate both in theory or relevant practice study. Lacking scientific guidance and planning, there exist blindness and disorderliness on exploitation and construction of rural tourist area landscape. The concrete features are that:lack of overall regional planning; rural landscape resources are not fully explored; redundant construction is fairly common; the rural landscape is over urbanization. Therefore, it has a very important theoretical and practical significance by studying on landscape planning of the rural tourist resort and exploring measures to solve problems about the sustainable development of rural tourist resort.In aspect of theoretical study, this thesis first analyses and summarizes the domestic and international studies. On the basis of it and under the direction of related theories of tourism, landscape architecture and landscape ecology, this essay defines the concept of rural tourist resort and put forwards the major factors which influences the landscape planning of rural tourist resort. Furthermore, this thesis brings forward several major principles which its landscape planning should be follow and explores main points of rural tourist landscape planning. In aspect of practical study, this article mainly investigates and analyses the exploitation and construction status of the landscape planning of rural tourist resorts in Beijing. According to that, this paper dissertate the growth of the landscape planning of rural tourist resort and not only conclude its success but also its existing problems. At last, by participating practical landscape planning program of "Si Ji Hua Hai" tourist resort, we can apply research results to practice and goes further into the methods and main points on landscape planning of rural tourist resort by practice project.
