Rock-Filled Concrete (RFC) is a new type of large size concrete, It has been many applications in the dam and water conservancy projects. Because of the big build in the construction of the concrete process, cold exist in the concrete for it can not continuously be built in the Layered casting. Cold shear is a weak side in mass concrete dam, against and stability of the dam are very important,but about the rock-filled Concrete shear performance of the experimental study is lack.This paper reference "hydropower engineering rock testing procedures in SL2642001)" (concrete with direct shear test method of rock mass, design rock-filled Concrete and self-compacting concrete(SCC) shear performance laboratory experiment, conducted rock-filled Concrete and self-compacting concrete cold seam, obtained the shear tests of rock-filled Concrete and self-compacting concrete stone concrete and the shear stress equation, shear stress and strain relations, analyzed the rock-filled Concrete and self-compacting concrete shear failure mechanism, and the results can provide a reference for practical engineering. Main content is:1. Design a heap of rock-filled Concrete shear test methods, laboratory and realize the pile of rock-filled Concrete and self-compacting concrete shear tests for rock-filled Concrete, mass concrete shear performance test in laboratory to provide the corresponding methods and standards.2. Rock-filled Concrete shear strength and failure mechanismThrough the rock-filled Concrete specimens of shear tests, cold seam between layers of the stone concrete shear strength and shear stress and strain relations are studied, and according to the testing results analyzes its failure mechanism, and mainly includes:large size pile of rock-filled Concrete shear specimens production and shear tests; rock-filled Concrete interlaminar shear strength and stress-strain relationship establishment; rock-filled Concrete interlayer shear fault friction coefficient and the shear strength of sticking together determine the broken; rock-filled Concrete interlaminar shear failure mechanism analysis.3. Self-compacting concrete interlaminar shear performance Through the self-compacting concrete shear test, the cold seam self-compacting concrete interlaminar shear properties have been studied, mainly including:large size made self-compacting concrete shear specimens with shear tests; self-compacting concrete interlaminar shear strength and stress-strain relationship establishment; self-compacting concrete interlaminar shear fault friction coefficient and the shear strength of sticking together determine the broken; self-compacting concrete interlaminar shear failure mechanism analysis.4. The rock-filled concrete to heap interlaminar shear performance and roller compacted concrete(RCC) and self-compacting concrete, mass concrete interlaminar shear performance analysis, the research of different construction way of combining ways level the interlaminar shear performance influence, the results of the study show that rock-filled Concrete layers combined with capacity is good, interlayer shear skills.
