In most modern highway engineering, tunnel construction projects are very important, the tunnel deformation control requirements are higher, while the shallow bias highway tunnel in tunnel construction project is a very difficult tunnel project, which has been a major technical issue.The main difficulty of the shallow bias highway tunnel construction is that the hole program,the balance of bias,the program to prevent excavation cave collapse in the shallow section,the tunnel blasting control and TSP. therefore, The primary duty of the designer and construction worker is that who should study the technology and experience of tunnel construction at home and abroad in order to make the construction more fast, safe, economic and higher quality.In the paper, I analyzed the specific circumstances of Quan(Zhou) - San(Ming) highway Taoshan tunnel with adverse geological conditions, it has detailed the reason why this excavations of the highway tunnel program has been selected. The comprehensive technologies include dual-side into the hole with the half-dark oblique tunnel construction methods and bias large pipe shed construction program, hollow grouting anchor in the reinforcement of tunnel entrance slope, median septum excavation technology in the tunnel construction, construction techniques of tunnel blasting control and TSP.When the tunnel construction is completed, we should analyze the economic and social benefits of the comprehensive construction technology which will provide guidance and reference in other similar projects in future.
