| Automobile chassis's main function is making automobile according to the driver's intention do corresponding acceleration, deceleration and steering movement. Currently automobile chassis Integrated control is automobile chassis technology developing a new trends. It can be defined as:through jointing automobile all chassis parts and control systems, makes whole vehicle more than simply add up to their better safety, comfort and economy philosophy.Vehicle safety includes active safety and passive safety. Active safety is how to vehicle's design to minimize or avoid the occurrence of traffic accidents; Passive safety is through the design of the vehicle making afterward the vehicle traffic accidents occurrence to minimize passenger injury. Active safety is the ability of vehicles to avoid accidents; Passive safety is after the accidents occur, the vehicle's ability to protect passenger. Improved the vehicle's active safety, the greatest avoiding the occurrence of traffic accidents caused by vehicle's objective factors, which is very important to vehicle itself and the drivers. In order to deepen to the automobile chassis dynamics understanding, and verify the effectiveness of control algorithm, this paper through the creation of vehicle dynamics model and tire model, then on the basis of the establishment of Active Front Steering (AFS) control system, Differential Brake Control (DBC) control system and Active Front Steering (AFS) and Differential Brake Control (DBC) integrated control system, proposed Active Front Steering(AFS) control algorithm and AFS and DBC integrated control algorithm, Then these two kinds control algorithms separately have been studied, finally in the Matlab/Simulink simulation analysis carried out, from the simulation analysis results can be seen that the use of active steering and differential braking integrated control system can improve vehicle's handling stability and active security. These research results for the further study of integrated control system have laid a theoretical foundation. |
