SUV,which is not only equipped with the power and the nature,but also the comfort of the car,is very popular.Compared to other vehicles,the centroid of the SUV high,rollover stability is relatively low,a greater chance of rollover.SUV rollover(such as non tripped),will cause a very big risk,researchers at home and abroad,some manufacturers of automobile rollover has been widely studied,and puts forward some effective control methods(such as:active steering and differential braking).How to avoid the vehicle rollover effectively.Application has a very high practical significance for improving vehicle safety performance and broad.In this paper,the lateral load transfer rate of rollover warning factor,determine the degree of risk of vehicle rollover,the rollover controller as a trigger condition.In order to ensure the rollover warning good accuracy and real-time performance of CarSim,the model is used to simulate the vehicle model,the establishment of Simulink bicycle model and three degrees of freedom based on the model,respectively.As the steady condition of the reference model and the reference model was set up.The rollover warning CarSim-Simulink simulation platform,the rollover warning algorithm and anti rollover control algorithm simulation analysis.Analysis of the difference of anti rollover control technology based on dynamic braking The basic operation principle,established the anti rollover control strategy of typical vehicle differential braking,and carries on the simulation analysis under typical working conditions.At the same time,analyzed the effect of steering angle of vehicle rollover,establish active steering and anti rollover typical control strategy,and simulation analysis in the same typical working conditions.The simulation results show that the two,this is typical of the traditional anti rollover control algorithm to achieve the three typical working conditions were effectively realize vehicle rollover prevention research.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a pulse steering active anti rollover control method based on the method in the traditional active steering controller based on rollover is improved,additional pulse actuator output according to the control angle of vehicle stability real-time change,so as to achieve anti rollover.Correct and effective for to verify the proposed method,the simulation experiments are carried out in the same conditions.The simulation results show that this control method can effectively prevent rollover.On this basis,the characteristic parameters of pulse angle signal(amplitude and frequency)of anti rollover control effectiveness further study effect,the results show that the pulse.The greater the angle of the signal amplitude,the corresponding anti rollover control effectiveness are better;anti rollover control efficiency first increases with decreasing pulse frequency,but when the frequency is too small,anti rollover control effectiveness decreased.Finally,this paper analyzes the pulsed active steering control method for the future research and improvement.
