Membrane separation technology is the most common techniques to replace the traditional process, In particular polymer ultrafiltration membranes are widely used in the water treatment and other fields. In recent years,to prepare nanocomposite ultrafiltration membrane with high performance through the incorporation of nanomaterials has been a new research direction of membrane technology. The paper investigated initially liquid membrane separation that is preparated by the organic nanomaterials polyaniline (PANI) and inorganic nano-materials, titanium dioxide (TiO2),meanwhile, investigated on the preparation of the modified PVDF ultrafiltration membrane separation performance of the preparation parameters and to explore and use cup study modified ultra filter membrane of micro-polluted surface water treatment effect.To separate the adsorption and polymerization processes, the use of in situ poly merization step was the modified PVDF ultrafiltration membrane that pseparated by different TiO2 dosing quantity,surfactants, acid,concentrations of oxidant and times.Modified composite film compared with the original film, although the pure water flux decreased, but hydrophilic, retention rates, and contamination resistance were improved, it can significantly improve the membrane hydrophilicity and antifouling, through appropriate the addition of TiO2 which is polyaniline wrapped by adsorbed on the membrane holes. It can be the modified PVDF ultrafiltration membrane composite modified UF membranes while lower concentrations of oxidant with excellent properties.It is the experimental study that the modified PVDF ultrafiltration membrane composite UF membranes treat micro-pollutedsurface water. According to Nanchang water features, different preparation of modified PVDF UF membrane with differents of APS and FeCl3 oxidant effects treat in self-configuration source water that study of micro-polluted raw water turbidity, UV254, and the treatment effect of ammonia nitrogen removal:PANI-TiO2/PVDF composite UF membranes can effectively remove water turbidity and UV254. However,there is NH4+ in the water when using APS as oxidant by-products, so that NH3-N is higher when the effluent after ultrafiltration, then using little FeCl3 as oxidant by-products, NH3-N reduction rate was more than 50%, in particular for the FeCl3 is 0.03M, NH3-N reduction rate is up to 85.2% that is higher than the orimbrance increased by 20%.
