Flood forecasting and scheduling model and system implementation, mainly relying on computer network technology, mobile communications technology,3S technology, spatial database technology, a variety of techniques to build and improve water information collection, transmission networks and databases as the foundation, flood prevention and drought control systems engineering focus on sound organizational management and personnel training for the protection of, the full establishment of the system services. Achieve the sharing of information resources to the relevant information for automatic acquisition, real-time transmission, so that flood control and drought, water resources management from the traditional text, tables, forms, up to a unified spatial location based on the database and information system management, improve water resource optimization configuration, flood forecasting, flood control operation command of the scientific decision-making, timeliness.This thesis address the above issues in order to flood control forecasting and scheduling model and system implementation as the main object of study, focusing on reservoir flood control operation models and flood forecasting and automatic monitoring system design and implementation.The main study:first, introduced the background and significance of the subject. Highlights the reservoir flood forecasting and scheduling model for study of the status quo at home and abroad, account for the present paper the main research content and organizational structure. second, mainly introduces the theory of reservoir flood control operation, reservoir storage routing connection method and the principles and methods, in a study of reservoir flood control operation and the model has been based on the study the establishment of reservoirs and reservoir optimal scheduling model, the reservoir joint scheduling system and its optimal scheduling of technical side of the study was to investigate. third, the reservoir flood forecasting and automated networking system design and implementation. Details of the reservoir flood forecasting and automated networking system overall design, database design, forecasting system design, scheduling a single database system design, joint scheduling system development, system reliability design methods and steps, and system operation of the platform are described.
