Stability of reinforced thin-walled structure is studied systematically in this thesis, based on the practical application of it in some rockets. The main work is summarized as following:1. The object, the meaning and the present state of research on the stability of reinforced thin-walled structure is illustrated. And the methodology for research in this thesis is introduced in detail.2. On the base of small deflection theory, the calculation method for stability of cylindrical and conical shell is proposed, and the formula for axial critical collapsing local is deduced, which can be used in engineering.3. The destabilizing effect of thin-walled structure with strengthen rib is studied, based on which, the calculation method adapt to engineering axial critical collapsing local of reinforced thin-walled structure is put forward.4. After the loads and the boundary conditions are preprocessed, an example of stability of reinforced thin-walled structure is analyzed by using the ABAQUS FEM software. 5. The buckling test of reinforced thin-walled structure is carried out, and the test result verified the formula above. The results from both the test and the theoretical calculation provide reliable evidence for later structural design. In addition, the research methodology of this thesis provides a thought to solve the similar problem. |
