In recent years, the price of fossil energy sources have been raising continually, and burning fossil sources will produce deleterious gas and greenhouse-effect gas when burning it. So it is one of the importance tactic ideas that to look for other energy source that is reproducible and cleanly. Solar energy is a never-ending and cleanly energy source, it produces nothing deleterious substance in the process of using it. That investigation solar cell is the fastest developing and greatest-hearted field in recent years. Now the most importance job is that investigation high efficiency and low cost solar cell.That testingⅠ-Ⅴcharacteristic curve is very important in investigation and production solar cell. The values of short circuit current(Isc), open circuit voltage(Voc), filling factor(FF), photovoltaic conversion efficiency(η), series resistance(Rs) and shunt resistance(Rsh) et al. can be obtained by testing the I-V curve of solar cells, which are useful for feedback the quality of solar cell, and the technics progress was adjusted based the anterior parameter.Phosphorus diffusion is the most important part in producing solar cell, the diffusion results could be indicated by good electrode; it must prepare electrode for output the electricity energy of solar cell, and the quality of electrode determines the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of solar cell. In this article, the electrode is manufactured by screen-printing, then the right technics of sintering electrode is obtained based the values of Rs and Rsh tested by theⅠ-Ⅴcharacteristic curve tester.The I-V characteristic curve tester has been developed in this article, the investigation objects included choice of simulation lamp-house, optimizing of testing circuit and collection' testing data by computer; furthermore the technics of preparation electrode is investigated by the numbers, including facture of silk frame, controlling process of printing, temperature of sintering electrode, sintering time and flux of gas.Several conclusion have obtained through the front experiments:(1) this tester has high veracity. The values error of Isc, Voc, FF andηet al. is under 5%, respectively, compared to standard values. The tester is stable. It's testing results could be repeated and the error is under±1%.(2) The Ag and Al paste must be mixed round equably before using it, until the viscidity is suitable to print; using 300 mesh silk screen, film with the shape of electrode must be adhibited under silk screen, the angle between shape of electrode and silk screen is 22.5°; the strength of printing must be enough and symmetrical.(3) The optimal temperature of sintering electrode is 800℃, and right sintering time is: time of low temperature is t1=90s calefactive time and drop time is t2=t3=10s. The result shows that the values of Rs,Rsh and FF is more ideal than others.The technics of preparation electrode has been investigated simply, which grounds for developing high efficiency solar cells.
