The Research On The Test Apparatus That Is Used To Research The Character Of Traction Drive In Reciprocated Motion

Traction drive is a new mode with good functions. It is more and more widely used. Since traction drive makes use of the shear force traction film between transmission contact areas to transmit power, the quality of oil decides the efficiency of traction. The current domestic study of traction characteristics is under static state comditions instead of unsteady ones. The author has designed a kind of reciprocating traction drive test machine on the base of the study of domestic and foreign test machines, according to the uses of traction drive in our country.I Use HZS-1-type hydrodynamic bearing test rig to test and analyze the characteristics of dragging under thr form of 8# hydraulic transmission oil level contacts.II Make a structure design of reciprocating traction drive test machine according to the dometstic and foreign studies of transmmssion of traction.III Use UG software and the simplified model of the reciprocating traction drive test machine to modle, assemble, install motion characteristics and simulate motion, and analyze the data of static power, pendulum power and speed, try to find the factors which influence data largely.Finally, raise the design of the reciprocating traction drive test machine to provide testing installation for the study of traction oil's characteristics under unsteady contions in our country, to promote the study and use of traction oil under unsteady conditions.
