Spectral diagnosis of neutral beam is an important issue of the study of the controlled thermonuclear fusion. The author of this paper has taken part in the physical experiment on HL-2A tokamak in Southwestern Institute of Physics Nuclear Industry, and has carried on experiment about neutral beam injection in the Spectral diagnosis group. This paper is to start around two aspects: one is the use of Doppler shift spectral method for measuring the percentages of the three energy component of neutral beam (H(E),H(E/2),H(E/3)) on HL-2A tokamak, the other is about calculation of the attenuation of neutral hydrogen beam in the HL-2A plasma.This paper has introduced neutral beam injection system and spectral diagnostic system of the HL-2A device. It has explained the principle of Doppler shift spectral method for measuring the percentages of the energy component of neutral beam. Through the spectral diagnostic system to measure the original data, a method based on Matlab7.6.0 has been proposed to fit raw data and calculate beam component.Neutral beam injection is an important means to heat fusion plasma. The heating effect depends on the energy and the momentum of neutral beam in the central of plasma. In order to improve the efficiency of heating plasma, without causing damage to the wall of vacuum of the tokamak, for the specific parameters of HL-2A and its size limitations, it is necessary to calculate the attenuation of neutral hydrogen beam and analyze the relationship between plasma parameters, beam energy, impurity and the attenuation of neutral beam.The second work is based on the physical model, which does not consider the collision between neutral beam and plasma. Using Matlab7.6.0 to calculate the attenuation of neutral hydrogen beam.Giving the relationship between the attenuation of neutral hydrogen beam in the plasma and plasma density, plasma temperature,neutral beam energy and impurity.
