| Because of its high efficience for plasma heating and clear physical mechanism,neutral beam injection(NBI)heating is widely used in large and medium sized controlled fusion device.HL-2M device is the upgraded device to HL-2A tokamak.The aim is to study rele-vant physics and technologies of future fusion reactor,study physics of fusion plasma with high β and high-parameters,and lay a solid foundation for building fusion reactor in future.In order to study the beam optical characteristics of 80kV/45A/5s hot cathode ion source for NBI heating in HL-2M device,a beam optics diagnosis system using infrared CCD im-aging technology was designed and fabricated on the existing ion source test platform.And the experimental study method was used to obtain the temperature distribution of the ther-mal target caused by the ion beam after scan the discharge and extraction parameters of the ion source.As the temperature distribution is obtained,the Gaussian fitting of the matlab software is used to obtain the beam power density distribution under the corresponding pa-rameters.1/e half width of the beam power density spatial distribution is obtained.The experimental results show that the perveance of 80kV/45A ion source of HL-2M device NBI heating system is 0.7 μp to 1.5 μp.With the same perveance,when the voltage ratio between the gradient electrode and the plasma electrode is high,the half width of the in-duced beam is small.In addition,in order to better study the optical characteristics of ion source beam,the ion source test platform was upgraded,and a set of movable 5s long pulse ion source diagnosis system was designed.The ion beam is measured by a thermocouple array mounted on a copper target.This paper mainly introduces the design of thermal neutral target,movable platform,neutral pipeline and other components,which make the good foundation for the next step of experiment. |
