Power Distribution System is the ultimate power supply link to the user. Because of geographical dispersion, multi-branch lines, mix of old and new equipment and other reasons, it has a relatively high failure rate in the whole power system. Due to the high voltage and high current existence, safe, efficient and timely early warning of the potential risk of equipment has been a problem. However, the earlier problems are identified, and effectively avoid the occurrence is the urgent need for power enterprises. In this paper, the power distribution network of early warning monitoring system for the basic function, the overall structure, network architecture, signal processing, software development and application of key technologies are discussed. First of all, combined with the basic structure of our distribution network to introduce the reality of the system requirements and project the origin of the distribution network in the common phenomenon of hidden or failure analysis. According to the needs of online monitoring system is proposed using the wavelet transform method of weak signal noise reduction, given the signal processing workflow; Then, According to the project requirements analysis, in overall structure of the system, I proposed data acquisition unit, data collector and the monitoring center's three-tier network architecture. Data acquisition unit and the collector has chosen the second-generation ARM Cortex-M3 core in high performance, low-power 32-bit microprocessor LPC1768 hardware implementation of the core program. Online monitoring system according to the realities of serious environmental noise is proposed using the wavelet transform noise reduction method of weak signal is given the treatment program; then key in the system such as AD sampling modules, network communication interface, RS485 communication modules, voice Alarm module program and anti-jamming design to achieve a detailed description of the corresponding hardware and software. Network based on standard TCP/IP protocol and RS485 field bus protocol, to facilitate system expansion and reconstruction, with great flexibility. Software design is proposed based onμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system software design, to achieve a modular application development. Collection software system into AD, RS485 communications, TCP/IP communications, voice alarm and other independent tasks, byμC/OS-Ⅱkernel scheduling to manage multiple tasks. Meanwhile, the introduction of mechanisms to deal with traffic signal synchronization tasks, use ring buffer to solve the communication process in the main processor and the speed of communication between modules. RS485 master-slave multi-machine communication mechanisms to address the issue of collector flexible extension; TCP/IP protocol to adapt to a variety of network access technology, increased network flexibility. Multi-mission system design can solve a single task system difficult to deal with the problem of poor real-time, while enhancing the reliability of the system; on the various task modules, system software is described in detail the overall design concept, software process and the core code, on the net interface, such as the bottom of the drive part of the module, a more detailed description of the corresponding driver details and specific tasks to run the process. Next, the management center application module implementation and testing of the system case are discussed. Finally, the system's main advantages and practical applications are analyzed and summarized. Practical application shows that the system found the hidden dangers warning of power distribution network systems in real-time. It improved the reliability of the power distribution network to promote the use of certain, with the great promotional value.
