As a bond connected to the grid and the user, once multiple failures occurred in thedistribution network due to sudden disasters, it will directly affect people’s powerconsumption of production and living, so it is required to make rapid power supplyrecovery scheme, but in the current situation, the scheduling and the decision are madeaccording to the distribution network administrators’ management experience, this ischallenged now. Based on consulting a large number of domestic and foreign relatedliterature, the text is intended to fully take advantage of the inadequate repair teams, materials, and other resources after the disaster, in order to develop repair strategies whicharrange the repair task reasonably to reduce the social and economic loss caused by thefailure, while maximize the resource utilization.Aiming at the three important objects-fault task, repair team and material warehouseof the distribution network’s fault repair, the paper first quantizes the model in order todescribe their specific parameters. At the same time, according to the different repairmission objectives, considering repair team, material and the fault task’s own situation, thepaper established four basic repair task allocation strategies which laid the foundation ofthe repair. Then in order to establish the allocation model, the text defines two external fitnessincluding the team fitness and supplies fitness, which describes the matching degreebetween the repair team, material storage and the fault tasks, and also defines two internalfitness including the priority fitness sand the progress fitness, which describes the priorityof the task of each failure and the repair extent..According to the above fitness, eachfailure point’s total fitness value can be figured out. Based on the above, the repairallocation model before going to the fault repair field can be build. Finally, in consideration of the two kinds situations that may occur when not doingthe task allocation, repaired the faults of distribution network: the repair team’s ability orthe materials of the task are insufficient; the text established the task allocation modelunder the circumstances. Through the simulation results, it can be verified that theproposed model can solve the fault task allocation problem of the distribution network not only when multiple faults happened but also when the urgent cases occurred. |
