The power industry of most countries in the world, has been dominated by fire power plant, and has a leading position in domestic electric power industry. At present, the control of Superheated steam temperature has many different measures, especially, since the advanced control theory produced, a lot of intelligent control methods appeared. The PID control, because of the control structure and algorithm are simple and easy to implement, widely applicable, also, have good control effect and robustness, remains the most extensive control strategy in the industrial control applications.In this study, the thermal control system of thermal power boilers, and thermal analysis of superheated steam temperature system control tasks, and introduces the two main steam temperature control system. Superheated steam temperature control with the importance and its dynamic performance, in the existing method of superheated steam temperature control there is inadequate, the introduction of a control theory based on satisfactory multi-objective optimization ideas, and the integration of this idea to Direct search algorithm of random numbers, random number of the traditional direct search algorithm to improve the objective function, the traditional random direct search PID parameter tuning, the use of the time integrals of the product with absolute error ITAE as the target evaluation function, although it In the PID parameter tuning algorithm is often used, but does not mean it is perfect, this paper multi-objective optimization theory is satisfied, based on the proposed evaluation function.
