According to the problems existing in mechanism modeling and model parameter optimization of power plant simulator,the parameter optimization of the simulation model for superheated steam system of supercritical unit is studied in this paper.The main contents of this paper include:Firstly,the paper analyzes the physical model and mathematical model of superheated steam system of supercritical unit.In the superheated steam system of supercritical unit,low temperature superheater(horizontal section),low temperature superheater(vertical section),panel superheater and the final superheater are single-phase while their heat transfer process and characteristics are similar.Then the static characteristics of the model are analyzed when a general mathematical model for a single phase medium heat exchanger is built by using the mass conservation equation,energy conservation equation and heat transfer equation.According to the operation process of superheated steam system of supercritical unit,the simulation model of superheated steam system of supercritical unit is established by calling the algorithm module of the single phase medium heat exchanger in the STAR-90 simulation system.And then,from the industrial point of view,in terms of the difficulties in debugging simulation model parameters of thermal power plant for debugging personnel and users,the simulation optimization system based on PSO intelligent algorithm is established in this paper.By using the simulation optimization system,the parameters of the simulation model are optimized automatically.According to the analysis of the needs of debugging personnel and users,the optimization software based on PSO algorithm is designed and implemented.The PSO optimization algorithm is programmed by C++ and applied to the optimization software.By adjusting the relevant parameters of the PSO optimization algorithm,the simulation optimization task is implemented.Finally,the simulation optimization system based on PSO algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of simulation model of final superheater under different conditions.Then,the parameters of the simulation model of superheated steam system of supercritical unit are optimized.The optimization results show that the simulation optimization system based on PSO algorithm has a good application performance.The PSO algorithm can achieve automatic optimization of parameters of simulation model to reach the aim of replacing mannal debugging with intelligent optimization and reducing manpower and material resources.
