The traffic system is the basis to the Urban Agglomerations development, under current circumstances, it has extremely important significance to analyze the rule of the Urban Agglomerations development and study the Urban Agglomerations traffc plans.This paper studied the methods for highway network demand forecasting, scale determination, highway network planning layout and build financing according to the political system, the level of economic development and Natural Condition of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomerations. Through the investigation and analysis of the social economy, transportation and transportation means in Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomerations, carried out the demand forecasting analysis of economic, transportation and comprehensive transportation; utilized territory coefficient method, analogy method, population density method, connectivity method to forcast the rational highway network scale of peninsula urban agglomerations, analyzed highway network planning layout methods from home and abroad, put forward the highway network planning layout method of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomerations based on median point theory, studied the evaluation and priority method for highway construction projects, made the general scheme for the highway network construction. Studied the theories and methods of the financing for the construction of highway network in Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomerations. |
