Intelligent Building is the product of information age, and is the information technology which takes computer and networks as its core to apply and infiltrate in construction trade. It perfectly reflects the combination of building art and information technology, which has become the main stream of all kinds of buildings in 21 century. Intelligent Building is made up of three parts: Building Automation System, Communication and Network Automation System and Office Automation System.As an important building automation system in the subsystem, the central air conditioning system of building energy consumption percentage relative to other intelligent building automation subsystem, is the biggest of all.and, As a kind of comfortable and can automatically adjust the variable air volume system of energy-saving, has been widely applied.Through introduction of concept of Intelligent Building and development trend at home and abroad, this paper derives the concept and conposition of Building Automation System, and emphasizes the importance and wide application control strategy in Central air-conditioning System, and studies the related technology of Building Automation System. Besides, combined with the cases of Building Automation System of intelligent system engineering project in an affiliated hospital of Guangzhou certain Business building, this paper describes Application of Central air-conditioning System.This paper introduces Central air-conditioning System, and also provides detailed theoretical knowledge of variable air volume system, including core content of variable air volume system, And through the method of system identification,establishving mathematical model,Using the simulation software simulation,and the result shows the feasibility of the control strategy is adopted. Finally, this paper discusses the control of air conditioning system of the real-time monitoring software configuration design of necessity, and then analyzes the function and content in detail of Realtime supervisor software, and carries out software configuration design by Visual C++ tools, thereby bringing about the application of LonWorks technology in Central air-conditioning system.
