| With the rapid development of economic and the progress of modern society, high-speed railway transportation brings people such a great convenience. In the high-speed rail transportation, especially high-speed maglev transportation system, a reliable and efficient train-ground communication system is the key that ensure the safety of train operation. Additionally, the requirements of bandwidth are increased rapidly. Millimeter communication system is a good idea for the high-speed maglev transportation system.The research work is based on "the 11th Five-Year Plan" national projects on maglev transportation. By researching and analysing the functional and performance requirements of train-ground communication in high-speed maglev system, a solution of millimeter communication system is proposed. In dissertation, the key technologies of the millimeter communication system have been discussed, such as:system architecture, transfer protocol, method of base station switching and district handoff, system redundancy, system equipments and interfaces, etc. The following work has been completed:1. First of all, the overview of wireless communication system, especially, millimeter system is introduced. The high-speed maglev transportation system and its train-gound communication system are also introduced. These are the base of the researching and design of the following parts.2. A solution of millimeter communication system is proposed to meet the functional and performance requirements of the train-ground communication in high-speed maglev system. Transfer protocol, system redundancy and clock synchronization, as well as the method of base station switching and district handoff are detailed.3. The structure and main functions of the transmission equipments and access equipments of the system mentioned above are detailed. The interface between communication system and operation control system is deeply analysed, as well as the interface with traction control system. It is also introduced the implementation for on-site diagnostic in this communication system.4. An application case using the millimeter communication system mentioned above is introduced. After system commisioning, it is verified that the system have met the principal performance and functional requirements of maglev transportation system on train-ground communication. |
