Fhp32w High-frequency Compact Fluorescent Lamp Design And Evaluation

White LED light source has very Rapid development now, the light efficiency is growing fast. Compared to the fluorescent and incandescent lamp, LED lamp has very obvious advantage on the lamp life.But the high price,the difficulty of luminaires fixing and the small power restrict the rate of LED lamp's adoption。Fluorescent lamp is still the major light source of indoor lighting. According to the development history of fluorescent lamp, the diameter of the lamp tube is narrowed from 38mm, T12 lamp down to 7mm, T2 Lamp. But the best light efficiency is located at 16mm, T5 lamp, light efficiency can be up to more than 100Lm/W.In the compact lamp market, there are several successful design case of High-power CFLs at T5 diameter.This thesis is based on the FPL36W H-shape single-capped compact lamp. We design the lamp in a new idea, decrease the lamp diameter, reset the electrical parameters, use high frequency ballast to operate the lamp and decrease the lamp power to 32W. We change the component of the Ar-Ne blended gas to find the best 1ight efficiency point so that the new lamp's luminous flux can reach and exceed the traditional FPL 36W. After confirming the lamp's lenth and power, we choose three kinds of glass tube diameters (17.5mm,16.5mm,15.5mm) and make the sample lamps, then we test all the sample lamps to find the best light efficiency point.According to the scheme, we find two better light efficiency point at Ne content 10% and Ne content 35%. Then the 17.5mm diameters lamp's light efficiency is higher than the other two diameters lamps. The Ne content 10% and 17.5mm diameters lamp has the best light efficiency, up to 84.8Lm/w.
