For rather pressingly reflect the actual work status of cohesive soil foundation, the thorough and abroad study for withal of many home and oversees scholars and mass practice make clean, it is feasible when the foundation model is simplified transversely isotropic elastic half-space model. Hereby, based on the present research of many scholars about that and the bypast study of this task team, this thesis did the quite economy research on the axis symmetry and commonly space problem of the especial(when material eigenvalue of anisotropy body s1=s2=s ) transversely isotropic elastic foundation by the action of the different loads. Firstly, the displacement founction in isotropic elastic mechanics is extended to the space problem of the transversely isotropic foundation, simultaneity by using displacement method and Hankel integral transformation or Bessel function theory, the analytic expression of displacement and tress heft about the axis symmetry and commonly space problem of the especial transversely isotropic foundation are available. Secondly, according to the gengreal expression of dis- placement and tress heft, the analytic solution of displacement and tress heft are gained on z axis and the surface of the especial transversely isotropic foundation caused by the action of vertical axis and unilateralism level load, uniformity apeak and unilateralism level load uniformly distributed on a circular area, vertical focus and unilateralism level point force load, half-spherical apeak and unilateralism level load, concarve-basin apeak and unilateralism level load on a circular area. Finally, in this thesis the comparison and analyse about displacement and tress heft has been done between the solutions calculated by the especial transversely isotropic foundation and the ones calculated by the isotropic foundation in the same types loads, for ulteriorly gained the corresponding similarities and differences very orderliness, so that fartherly perfect designed theoretics of cohesive soil foundation.
