In order to research on the application of the geomagnetic navigation technology in smartammunition, the paper develops a kind of dynamic geomagnetic environment simulator forthe missile geomagnetic navigation system. The instrument can not only provide dynamicmagnetic fields for closed-loop test of geomagnetic navigation system when magnetometer isbrought in, but also calibrate for geomagnetic sensor and magnetic instrument, it is theessential experiment instrument for study the application of the geomagnetic navigationtechnology in smart ammunition.Based on the brief introduction to the composition of geomagnetic environment simulatorsystem of exterior ballistics,the paper completes the design about excitation coil and powerdrive circuit of 3D dynamic geomagnetic environment simulator. Considering that uniformarea of magnetic field has great influence on instrument accuracy, it focuses on analyzingsquare body Helmholtz coil, magnetic field distribution and uniform area of magnetic fieldinternal solenoid.The mathematical model of the square Helmholtz coil is constructed and the vectoranalysis formula of magnetic field distribution at any point in its internal is lead out. At thesame time, the paper uses the Electromagnetic analysis module of ANSYS to do thenumerical simulation and get the analytical solution of every node. Then through thecomparative and analysis method, it gets the uniform area of magnetic field, verifies thecorrectness of the analytical formula and proves the accuracy of the finite element analysis.At last, it uses Ansys to analyze geomagnetic shielding effect of magnetic shielding tubeand the effects on internal uniform area of magnetic field .The result shows that 3 layershielding tube made in permalloy material can not only effectively shield geomagnetic field,but also create large enough zero magnetic space for excitation coil without influencinguniform area of magnetic field in its internal...
