Cutting slope engineering is an important topic in railway transport engineering. Plenty of engineerings are related to soil slope stability, such as high-speed railway, high way,foundation pit, mining engineering, dam engineering and structure engineering, etc. With Development of the West Regions, Central Section Grow up,Enlarge Demand Plan, various slope engineerings are cosmically building. So it takes up an important place for technologist and scientist. It is much economic and effective benefit that high-steep soil slope engineering in transport construction is carried out based on safety assessment.The slope stability is studied based on theory and method in existence following eplastic-plastic mechanics,numerial analysis,creep mechanics, engineering geologic and slope engineering. Simultaneity, finite difficult method software (FLAC3D) and VC++ program language are applied to evaluate practice instance that there are vertical displacement, plastic state, shear strain rate and safety factor for key factors with time character change.This paper are studied for high-steep soil slope on YingTan-XiaMen railway, following the technology route as field parameter with information collection, investigation and experiment,establishment of numerical calculation model,program design, example analysis and displacement investigation.During the finite difficult method software calculation, tetrahedron mesh, three parameters creep model(H-K creep model), are applied with complicated technique including anti-shear parameters based on least square method,creep parameters based on Laplace integral switch and safe factor based on strength reduction method.The results show the vertical displacement is fast expanding with time and it is slow-motion in last one year. It is proposed that the region on reinforce lie in middle,infrastructure and foot of high steep soil slope.Lastly, it is known that the numerical calculation conclusion and engineering reality are consistent and can be used for engineering.
